The company is incorporated as a Luxembourg Société Anonyme holding company and is listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. It was formerly known as Basinco Group S.A.
The company is now mainly a listed equity and fixed income investment vehicle.
It is regulated by the Société de la Bourse de Luxembourg. |
